Refund policy

At Calialy™ we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. Returns of unopened products are accepted up to 30 days after the date of purchase. If the product is opened or used, or if it is an item marked as final sale, non-refundable or clearance these are not covered by our returns policy. We do not accept returns outside of Canada.

 

To make a return, simply contact our customer service at info@calialy.com. Once the return has been accepted, we will email you an authorization number to facilitate returning the items to Calialy™. Note that the customer is responsible for returning the item with his carrier of choice and at his expense for any return. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will refund thru your original payment method. If the product does not meet the authorized return conditions, it will be disposed, and no refund will be issued.

 

In addition, no return is possible for the following products:

 

• 1 unit of a set of products

• Items that have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified

• All items marked as non-returnable, non-refundable, or final sale on the product page
